Delete account

You can delete your WayTogether account and all your data (profile, photos, Travel DNA, trips, matches, and messages) directly in the app — no support ticket needed.

  1. 1Open WayTogether and log in.
  2. 2Go to Settings (the gear icon).
  3. 3Scroll to the “Danger Zone” section at the bottom.
  4. 4Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

What exactly happens?

Your profile, photos, Travel DNA, trips, swipes, matches, and messages are deleted immediately. Your login account (email address) still exists so you can start over without issues — if you'd like that fully removed too, email support@waytogetherapp.com.
